For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.
Isn't it grand to be breathing and moving on this Monday? As I was pondering the tonic that I would serve today, the above verse came to mind, along with the realization that EVERY breath we take and EVERY move we make comes to us from the Lord. When we awoke this morning, did it occur to us that we did not make that happen? Leaving the comfort of the covers, moving into the kitchen to make coffee, did it even cross our minds how this took place? Sometimes the every day routines are taken for granted. The Lord deserves our thanks for blessing us with each breath and move.

Wouldn't it be great if we started a new daily routine of stopping often throughout the day, just to say, "Thank You, Lord for breath to breathe, and the ability to move"? I have a feeling the Lord would really appreciate the gratitude!
