Psalm 145:1

I will extol the, my God, O King; and I will bless thy name for ever and ever.

Every day will I bless thee; and I will praise thy name for ever and ever.

Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised; and his greatness is unsearchable.

Good morning to all of you!

This is another day God has given us to praise Him! I am blessed right now to be attending a wonderful ladies' retreat in Highlands, TX. This morning, two ladies spoke with such passion about God. I left that service revived, and I am looking forward to tonight's service.

In the verses above, notice that David made a choice to extol his God, His King. He is also made a choice to bless the Lord every day; he planned to praise the name of the Lord forever! What great choices were made by David, and we can make those same choices today.

We may not be able to decide what is happening in our lives but we an decide on how we will face our issues. Will we whine, complain, and moan or will we bless the Lord at all times, giving honor to Him? The circumstances may not change because of our choices, but life will be a lot easier to handle if we praise the name of the Lord always.

I have been challenged this morning to see things differently - instead of looking through natural eyes, I can choose to see things through spiritual eyes.
