Saturday's Snippet

1 Chronicles 29:11

Thine, O Lord is the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory, and the majesty: for all that is in the heaven and in the earth is thine; thine is the kingdom, O Lord, and thou art exalted as head above all.

Good morning, and a Sweet Saturday to you all!

The Lord is good, great, wonderful, mighty.... you name it and HE IS! The verse above says that all this is the Lord's:

The greatness

The power

The glory

The victory

The majesty

And all that is in heaven

And all that is in the earth

The Kingdom is His

The Lord is exalted as Head Above ALL!!

Wow! This is OUR God, and every day we need to exalt Him, and praise Him for all He is and all He's doing.

Late yesterday, a dear friend of ours who had been waiting for organs to be donated for her transplant received them. It seemed that she would leave us before the organs were available. Sad to say, someone had to die in order for our friend to live. May God comfort the family of the donor.

But, we received word that the surgery was successful. Praise be to God! He has heard and answered prayer!

I cannot fully write what my heart feels, so I'll close with this beautiful song:

Rejoice with us for the victory of our dear friend! We're believing that soon she will testify of God's awesome deliverance in her behalf.
