Monday's Moment

Colossians 3:23-24 

And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;

Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.

Good morning - Marvelous Monday morning - to all of you!

What a great day to be alive, able to live and breathe all because of the Lord, and to do it all FOR Him! God is good all the time. I'm grateful for the privilege of another day to not only enjoy, but one in which to be productive.

Our focus verse tells us to do anything and everything heartily as to the Lord, and not to men. Why? There will be a reward from the Lord for all we do. 

It's easy to waste time but it is so important to make the best of every moment of every day. I admire organized people; I'm inspired by them. I love being around people who plan their chores for the day. I love reading tips for becoming organized. Those times that I do plan or make a to-do list are good times. I feel that I'm getting somewhere.

Perhaps I am trying to motivate myself on this Marvelous Monday, but here are a few quotes that I found interesting:

I truly pray that we all have a productive day, serving the Lord in whatever capacity He has chosen for each of us. I also hope that I've motivated you in some small way. I sincerely believe I have motivated myself, so I'm going to close this blog post and get to work!
