Saturday's Snippet

2 Corinthians 9:8

And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:

Good morning! We are alive on this Sweet Saturday!

The verses preceding our focus verse for today talk about sowing sparingly and bountifully. Then, after giving, we find the verse that tells us that God is able to make ALL grace abound toward us. We give - God gives; that's just the way it works. If we desire things returned to us from God, we must first be willing to give to Him.

I just love this verse because there are so many big words in it. God is able to make ALL grace about toward us, that we ALWAYS have ALL sufficiency in ALL things - then we may abound to EVERY good work. That's as positive as one verse can get. Just by surrendering who we are and what we think we have (everything we have was given to us by God anyway), we are promised big amounts of sufficient grace. 

God daily loads us with benefits. We are truly blessed people. I believe I'll just close this blog post with this sweet song:
