Psalm 89:15
Blessed is the people that know the joyful sound: they shall walk, O Lord, in the light of thy countenance.
Good morning, Special Sunday to each of you!
We are blessed people today for we know the joyful sound; and as a result of knowing the joyful sound, we will walk in the light of the Lord's countenance. Countenance means facial expression. As we enjoy the joyful sound, and walk with the Lord, it's as if we can see His face!
How sad it would be if we did not know about the joy of the Lord! Walking through life without God by our side is a miserable way to live. To know Jesus is to know peace. What a treasure to have the Lord living in our souls; a power source available 24/7!
When we enter into the sanctuary today, let's worship the Lord with all that is within us, thankful that we are redeemed!
